1815 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the 1815 platform. Your continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of all Terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1815 platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 1815 platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 1815 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user may only register one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1815 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identification document, to ensure the accuracy of your account details.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
The name on the bank account or digital wallet used for transactions must match the name registered on your 1815 account. Any mismatch may result in the transaction being held for review.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 1815 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, TNG eWallet, and FPX. Available methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposits are processed upon receipt of confirmation. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received and are subject to internal compliance review.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 1815 account.
- The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving large withdrawal amounts.
- Any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment provider are your responsibility.
1815 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. If you experience a transaction issue, please contact customer support with your full transaction details.
4. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 1815 platform agree to use its services responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate the platform.
- Any attempt to exploit the system, including coordinating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Uploading, transmitting, or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or defamatory.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Any action that could compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.
1815 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, or referring the matter to the relevant authorities.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1815 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any action suspected to be in violation of the law.
- Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of an internal investigation. Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

The 1815 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. 1815 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1815 platform — including logos, text, designs, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of 1815 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references to third-party services. 1815 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1815 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
